How a project runs
Four stages, one point of contact
A general outline of how work is planned and delivered. Specifics vary by project, contract type and jurisdiction.

Planning
Scope, drawings, budget and schedule are reviewed before work starts, so the plan being priced is the plan being built.
- 02
Coordination
Trades, permits, inspections and long-lead items are sequenced against the schedule, with a single point of contact throughout.
- 03
Construction
Work proceeds against the agreed schedule with regular progress reporting, and changes are documented as they are approved.
- 04
Completion
Punch list, inspections, closeout documentation and handover, so the space is ready for the use it was built for.
